How Water Gard® Works

    You can stop air conditioner condensation levels from reaching unsafe levels. Patented and UL Listed, Water Gard® Condensation Control System is a totally electronic product to detect unsafe condensation levels inside the primary and safety or auxiliary drain pans.

How does Water Gard® stop air conditioner condensation from reaching an unsafe level?

    Condensation control system wires directly into 24V side of AC system, interrupting thermostat. Upon detecting an unsafe level of condensation: Water Gard® locks out the AC system Triggers warning light and/or audible alarm Customer is altered to call for service.

Air conditioner drain pan water sensors:

    Water Gard® can monitor primary and secondary drain pans with the adjustable Clip On Sensor, the secondary drain with the Screw In Sensor, or secondary pans with the magnetic, weighted Drop In Sensor set to detect water at 1/16". Additional Water Gard® System Information

    The Water Gard® condensation control system comes in several different configurations offering options on the type of monitoring desired. Installed in 15-20 minutes, the Water Gard® has 40" leads and the accessories have 40" leads, providing a total of 80 inches of lead wire. Each of the wires are color coded. Each unit comes with full color instructions and is backed by a limited, 3 year warranty.
